Curry Chicken Salad

Chicken (canned or shredded)Plain Greek YogurtCurry PowderRaisins (or you could use grapes)Slivered almondsCilantro
Mix all ingredients together. I don't add curry powder all at once and just keep adding it to taste. Refrigerate overnight before serving to allow flavors to sink in. You could use golden raisins or grapes instead of brown raisins. I like to eat this with green apple slices.
