Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) Cucumber (peeled & sliced thin), 1 mediumLemons, 1 fruit (sliced with skin) Ginger Root 1 Tbs - grated12 mint leaves
combine ingredients and let sit in refrigerator over night to let flavors meld together. Drink entire container throughout day.

I love this water recipe. I don't crave any other drink. It also makes everything else taste sweeter. (like unsweetened applesauce) I adjust the slices based on size of the cucumber and lemon on hand. I also use a couple slivers of ginger instead of grinding. Some mint taste different too. - 3/24/12
