Cranberry Pomegranate Salad Dressing

Ingredients

3 cups fresh cranberries1 cup water1/2 cup granulated sugar2 oz pomegranate juice2 oz fresh orange juice2 tbsp balsamic vinegar1/4 cup olive oil
Rinse fresh cranberries.
In a cooking pot add the cranberries, one cup of water and 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Add the cranberry mixture with all the other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Use the dressing over the green salad of your choice.
