Mexican Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb 93/7 lean ground beef (grassfed)1/2 cup Progresso breadcrumbs1/2 cup Herdez medium salsa1/2 cup white onion1 egg1/2 tsp red pepper1/4 tsp season salt1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp cumin1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Cook in large loaf pan for 45 min at 350 degrees, or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
Top with more salsa to serve.
