Sausage, Cannellini Beans and Easarole

Ingredients
2 large onions, chopped3 cloves of garlic, chopped6 links of pork sausage, squeeze out of caseing1 - 14.5 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano2 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce1 head of escarole
Directions
Saute onions & garlic
squeeze in sausage continue to saute and break up chunks
add beans, (drain 1 can, add 1 can with liquid) mash 1 can of beans leave the other whole
cook for 20-30 min.
add cleaned chopped escarole cook for 10 min.
