Slow Cooker Creamy Thai Coconut Chicken

Ingredients
3/4 cup hot salsa1/4 cup chunky peanut butter3/4 cup light coconut milk2 tablespoons lime juice1 tablespoon soy sauce1 teaspoon white sugar2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Directions
Mix together all ingredients, minus the chicken. Place chicken in greased crock pot and pour sauce on top. Cook on low for 8 hours.
