Ingredients: *Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove) Egg, fresh, 5 large (remove) Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped (remove) Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
Directions
dice everything, cook first potatoes, cover , when half done, add veggies and cover .... about 5 min add eggs and mix. Cover un til done.

serve with tortillas, tostadas or bread.
