Beef, top sirloinBell Pepper – any colorYellow onionCarrotPineapple, fresh or cannedPineapple Juice Sesame Oil GarlicGinger CatsupHoney Rice Vinegar Dijon Mustard Worcestershire sauce Corn Starch
Cube beef. Cut vegetables and pineapple into bite-size pieces. Shred ginger and chop garlic. Add sesame oil to frying pan, add beef, pepper, onion and carrot and stir-fry over high heat until vegetables are just tender, then add the pineapple, garlic and ginger to the pan.
Dissolve corn starch in 1/4 cup of water. Mix in catsup, honey, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pineapple juice. Add these ingredients to the pan, heat until sauce thickens. Serve over brown rice.
