Ingredients
Directions
1/4 C frozen strawberries1/2 C frozen blueberries1/2 C frozen raspberries1 1/2 tsp Splenda1/2 C lemonade (we use Country Time)
This recipe may take longer to get the equipment out to make it than to actually make it! I use a Magic Bullet blender to make this, but you can use a regular blender just as easily.
Combine all the ingredients in the blender cup. Blend thoroughly, and then for another 10 seconds, just to make sure. DO NOT thaw the ingredients. The fruit being frozen makes this an easy way to make a sorbet. You can substitute other fruits as well, such as cherries or peaches.
If you're serving this to company, consider garnishing with a fresh berry and a sprig of mint. Even if you're making for yourself, put it in an elegant glass, just for fun.
