Asian-Inspired Pork Chops

Ingredients
3 pork chops - center cut (thin sliced)2 tbsp lite soy sauce.5 tsp garlic powder.5 tsp gingerdash of salt.5 tsp black pepper2 tsp minced garlic1 tbsp diced oniion
Directions
Mix ingredients into a bowl.
Put pork chops in a bag.
Pour mixture over pork chops.
Marinate 2-24 hours in fridge, turning bag from time to time.
Discard marinade and drain meat.
Grill 12-15 minutes on medium heat or until desired doneness.

    Excellent! I used powdered ginger and crushed cloves of garlic. I forgot to put the onion in but didn't change anything else. I could see this as good marinate for grilled chicken as well. This marinade is a keeper!
