Ingredients
Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 24 tsp Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, 1 cup Cinnamon ground, 2 tsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Cloves, ground, .5 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp egg white, fresh, 4 large Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.8 cup MRM Whey Protein Powder, 48.6 grams (2 Scoops) (Any GOOD quality vanilla protein would work) Almond Milk UNSWEETENED Silk, 4 oz
Directions
-Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
-Spray a 9x13 pyrex baking dish with non-stick spray
-Mix first 12 ingredients together well.
-Gently mix in last 3 ingredients, make sure flour is fully mixed in.
Bake @350 for 30 mins
