Ingredients
- 6 fillets Perch (fish), - 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce- 1/4 cup of Lemon Juice- 4 cloves, Garlic, - 1 tbsp Parsley, dried
Directions
Mix Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Garlic and Parsley into a bowl. Cut Perch Fillets into strips. Pour sauce on fillets. Cook at medium heat in a sauce pan for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
