Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup oil or butter2 eggs2 bananas1 cup sugar1 1/4 cups flour1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Mix together all dry ingredients in one bowl.
In blender mix together all wet ingredients really well. incorporate dry ingredients.
Pour into loaf pan and baked at 350 C for 1 hr.
Can also make 12 muffins instead, only needs 30 mins.
