Ingredients
Black Beans: 3.75 cup1 Med Onion chopped3 carrots slicedCumin: 1/2 tspChili Powder: 1/2 tspDried Basil:Oregeno:1/2 tspTabasco Sauce: 1/2 tspBrown rice: 1 1/2 cup cookedVegtable Broth: 4 cupsTomato Sauce: 2 cupsSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put all the ingredients except rice in crock pot for 4-5 hours on high
Once it is done add cooked rice
