White Pizza with Ham and Tomato

Ingredients
Directions
Flour, water, yeast, olive oil, sugar, milk, butter, mozzarella cheese, tomato, ham, roasted garlic, and Johnny's Garlic Spread and Seasoning.
To prepare dough :
1. Proof yeast in warm sugar water.
2. Mix together 2.5 cups flour, salt, and olive oil.
3. Add yeast water to flour mixture and mix together until doughy and comes off side of bowl.
4. Knead with hands and shape as desired (I did a rectangle).
5. Sprinkle pan with flour and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
To prepare sauce:
1. Warm milk in separate pan.
2. Make roux of butter and remaining flour, stir for 1 to 2 minutes, but do not allow it to brown.
3. Add milk to roux and stir until thickened.
4. Add crushed roasted garlic and blend (using blender or hand mixer).
5. Add pepper sauce if desired.
To prepare pizza:
1. Cook pizza dough for 4 to 5 minutes.
2. Remove dough from oven and add white sauce.
3. Add cheese, diced tomatoes, and ham, then Johnny's Seasoning.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes, give or take 5 minutes or so.
5. Let cool, then slice.
Serving Size: Makes 20 squares
