Salmon (Topped w/ Sour Cream)

Ingredients
Wild Salmon Filet, boneless/skinless, 4 oz.Onion Powder, 1/4 tsp.Garlic Powder, 1/4 tsp.Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1/4 cupGreen Onion/Scallions, 2 tsp.Pinch of Salt/Pepper
Directions
Use thawed Salmon Filet. Sprinkle Salmon with Onion Powder and Garlic Powder on each side. Grill Salmon or Saute' on top of stove (5-7 minutes per side) on medium heat. In a separate bowl, mix Sour Cream, Scallions and Salt/Pepper. Top cooked Salmon with Sour Cream mixture. Enjoy!
