Nana's Breakfast Sausage Gravy

3 cups of 1% milk6 oz. Jimmy Dean Low Fat Breakfast Sausage6 Tablespoons flour1/4 teaspoon garlic powderpinch of cayenne peppersalt and pepper to taste
Cook breakfast sausage till no pink is left.
Meanwhile in a large jar, combine the milk and flour and shake
Drain sausage and place back in sauce pan
Add the blended milk and flour, and pour into your cooked sausage.
Cook on medium, stiring constantly till gravy thickens
Serve hot over Nana's Biscuits.
