Healthy Peanut butter and cranberry oatmeal cookie

2/3 cup dry oatmeal1 egg1/4 cup granulated artificial sweetener (I used Great Value brand, could use splenda, etc)3 Tablespoons smooth peanut butter1/4 cup dried cranberries (mine were sweetened, craisins)1 teaspoon of vanillaSplash of water (original recipe said milk, i'm lactose intolerant)
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Mix sweetener, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla till combined.
Add in oatmeal and cranberries and mix. If it seems too thick, add a splash of water.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until dry looking.
Serving Size: Makes 6 2-inch diameter cookies
