Sugar Cookies: GLUTEN FREE & FAT FREE

Ingredients
3/4 c gluten free flour (Bob's)1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 + 1/8 tsp baking soda1/4 c sugar1/4 tsp salt (a little less)1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 TBSP non-dairy milk1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Combine dry. Stir. Add wet. Stir. Refridgerate for a few hours. Scoop into balls, place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet, and flatten a little bit.

Cook about 12 minutes at 325F.

Remove from oven. Allow to sit on cookie sheet an additional 5 minutes. Remove parchment from cookie sheet and continue to cool on counter or cookie rack.

Store in plastic or freeze.
