Ingredients
1lb ground beef chuck1 large egg6 tbsp. chopped, raw onion10 tbsp. grated parmasan cheese4 oz. 2% milk2 slices whole wheat bread2 dashes of salt1 dash of pepper, black3 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce3 cups Prego Marinara Sauce
Directions
Warm sauce on the stove and leave on low. Meanwhile, take your bread slices and submerg in your milk. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients. Next, squeeze the milk out of the bread gently and crumble into the meat mixture. After all the ingredients are mixed together, form into 1 inch balls and drop into sauce. Cover and simmer for approximately 2 hours (120 min.) stirring occasionaly.
