Honey Ginger Salmon

Ingredients
1 lb salmon1 Tbsp ground ginger1 tsp honey1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce3 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
Serving Size: 4 oz filet

Combine ginger, honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a container. Coat salmon in marinade and cover, at least 20 minutes but up to 24 hours.

Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes, add more time if you like your fish well done.
