Italian Tilapia Fillets

Ingredients
1 can dices tomatoes2 small onions2 cloves elephant garlic2 tsp Italian seasonings/oregano2 Tbls extra virgin olive oil4 Tbls Balsamic Vinaigrette dressingBlack pepper to taste4 4 ounce tilapia fillets (broiled)1 cup uncooked brown rice
Directions
saute spices and onion and garlic til caramelized, add tomatoes and dressing and simmer til tender.

Cook rice, broil fish. Spoon 1/2 cup rice(per serving) onto plate top with fish then cover with sauteed items.
