Watercress, 3 cup, chopped Kale, 2 cup, choppedBanana, fresh or frozen, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)Pineapple, fresh or frozen, 1 cup, dicedHealthForce Vitamineral Green, 2 tbspRoyal Jelly, 1 tspSurthrival Pine Pollen, 2 tsp HealthForce Zeolite, 2 tbsp Aloe Vera Gel, Organic, 2 oz Water, bottled or filtered, 300 grams
01. Wash and chop all of your green and fruit.
02. Add greens and water into blender. Blend on high for a minute or two. You should have a very fine and liquid-y texture.
03. Add fruit and ice, unless you are adding frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.
04. Add royal jelly, pine pollen, zeolite, and aloe vera gel. Blend.
05. Enjoy!
