Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove) egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove) Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) *Onion - Yellow - 1/4 Cup, 1 serving (remove) *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, .5 cup (remove) Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup (remove) Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove)
mix all ingredients together well. form into burgers. Heat in a skillet over med-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
