Fruity Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup Maida4 Eggs2 droplets of Vanilla Essence6 tsp of SugarOil to fry
Directions
Break eggs and add in maida, vanilla essence & the sugar, make this into a mixture by beating all the ingrerdients properly & set aside for 1 minute. Heat 1 tsp of oil in the frying pan, spread this along the side of the pan, when pan get heat properly the spread this mixture on it in the form of small circles, you will find that there small bubble breaks on the top of it, once this appears then you can turn them over to the other side, no need of waiting yor pancakes are ready serve them with honey or any fruity marmalade.
