Picadillo Served over Rice

Ingredients
1 and a half pounds of lean ground beef1 cup of chopped yellow or spanish onion2 tsp garlic powder1 jar Paul Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce30 green olives stuffed with pimento, drained2 T capers, drainedSalt
Directions
Brown beef in large pan, adding onions and garlic powder. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Add the jar of sauce. I rinse the jar with a little water and add this to the pan also. Stir the ingredients together, add the olives and capers to your taste as they have strong flavor. Salt to taste.

Serving Size: makes 6 one cup servings of sauce
