Lemony Dill Talapia Parmesan

4 oz. Talapia1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese1 TB. melted Butter, no salt1 TB. Lemon or Lime Juice1 tsp. dill weed1 TBS. Fat Free Sour Cream1 Clove minced Garlic
Preheat oven broiler. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, butter, sour cream, garlic and lemon/lime juice. Arrange fillets in a single layer on prepared pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired (not calculated into calculation. Broil 3 minutes on each side. Remove from oven and pour sour cream mixtures on top of the fillets. Broil for 2-3 minutes more until topping is bubbling and fish is flaky.
