Green Smoothie

Ingredients
2 Cups Kale2 Cups Spinach1 stalk celery1 orange, peeled1 apple, stemmed and quartered1 frozen banana1 Cup frozen strawberries2 T. ground flax seed2 T. pure maple syrup6 Cups cold water (approximate)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a good blender (Vita-mix or BlendTec recommended). Blend for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
