Chocolate Chip Muffins or scones - Gluten & Dairy free

Ingredients
1 cup Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Biscuit & Baking Mix1/4 cup Maseca Corn flour1/4 Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free rolled oats1/3 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 egg beaten3/4 cup So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk1/4 cup Spectrum Organis butter flavor shortening
Directions
*Mix all the flours/mixes and oats together with the baking powder, sugar, & salt
*cut in shortening to make a fine crumbly mixture
*add egg and coconut milk, stir until they are just cimbined together
*Divide evenly between 12 muffin cups in a muffin pan or you can shape these into scones and place on a parchment covered baking sheet
*bake for 18-20 minutes until tops are golden brown
