Homemade Supreme Pizza

Ingredients
1 lb. bread flour9 oz. warm water1 1/4 teas. dry yeast1 1/2 teas. salt1 1/2 oz. olive oil12 oz. pizza sauce8 oz. (2 cups) mozzarella cheese1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese1/4 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese1/2 lb. mild italian sausage34 slices pepperoni1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/4 cup chopped onion 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Directions
To make crust:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add flour, salt and olive oil. Stir by hand or mixer w/dough hook, till combined, then knead for 10 minutes or until you have a nice elastic dough. Cover and let rise till doubled. About 45 minutes. Roll out to fit a 10 X15 inch greased baking pan.
Spread pizza sauce over crust and top with meats and vegetables. Top with the cheeses. Sprinkle with italian seasoning if desired. Bake at 425 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
