APPLE WALNUT SQUARES

Ingredients
2 large apples, grated1 1/2 cups quick cooking rolled oats1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup apple juice1/2 cup chopped walnuts2/3 cup chopped dried dates1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 180C degrees.Coat a 8x8" baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Let stand for 15 minutes, so the oats and flour can absorb the apple juices. Bake for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares while still warm.
