Italian Marinated Salmon

Ingredients
3 oz salmon, fresh or frozen and thawed2 tbsp zesty italian salad dressing1 clove of garlic, cut into pieces1/2 tbsp grapeseed or olive oil
Directions
Marinade the fish in the dressing for 10-30 minutes. Put oil in a heavy skillet and put garlic in pan - heat pan and put fish on top of garlic, skin side up. Cook for five minutes, flip over, cook an additional five minutes or until cooked through.
