Bassa and Broad Bean Pasta

Ingredients
1x Bassa Fillet (approx 220-250g)2 tbsp Coriander leaves150g (5.3 oz) Cooked Pasta1 tsp Olive Oil2 cloves Garlic3/4 cup Light Sour Cream75g Broad Beans
Directions
Cook pasta as normal.
While pasta is cooking, shell the broad beans.
Heat olive oil in frying pan.
Cook fish until cooked through then set aside.
Add garlic and broad beans to the frying pan and cook for approx 1 minute.
Add pasta and mix through.
Add sour cream, mix through, cook for approx 2 minutes to warm.
Flake fish into the frying pan and mix through, cook for approx 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
