Slow cooker Asian Beef and Caulifower Stew

Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds lean round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes3 cups beef broth1 medium head cauliflower, separated into florets1 green pepper, cut into chunks1/4 cup reduced-sodium or regular soy sauce1 garlic clove, minced1 Tbsp grated fresh gingerroot2 to 3 tablespoons cornstarch1 teaspoon sugar1/4 cup water1 med onion cut into large chunksCooked rice
Directions
Brown the beef and add to the crock pot with the onion garlic and ginger. Add the broth and cook for 6 hours. Add the green pepper and cauliflower, cook for another hour. Mix the water, sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch then add to the stew mixture. Serve with cooked rice (not included in calories)
