Easy Beef Echilada

Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean ground beef19 oz. can Enchilada SauceFat free shredded cheese16 corn toritillasmeduim size onion
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9x13 dish. In a skillet, cook beef and onions. Stir in 3/4 cup of enchilada sauce and 1 cup of cheese.
While beef and onions are cooking, warm toritllas to make them soft in a sprayed pan.
Spoon mixture into tortillas, roll up and place seam side down in dish.
Pur remaining enchilada sauce on top and sprinkle with cheese.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings of 2 echiladas each
