Broccoli Apple Salad

10 oz bag Broccoli Slaw2 medium apples, cut into bite-sized pieces and tossed with a little Sprite to keep them from turning brown1/3 cup Craisins1 carton (6oz) Weight Watchers Vanilla Yogurt1 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds, 1 tsp per serving, sprinkled on right before serving.Let sit covered in fridge for an hour or so so that the flavors can meld together.Keeps in the fridge for a couple of days. DELISH!
Cut up apples, toss with a little Sprite to keep them from turning brown. Drain off Sprite (you can use orange or lemon juice, but it doesn't work as well!). Add the bag of Broccoli Slaw, Craisins, and mix. Add Vanilla Yogurt and refrigerate an hour or so. Add 1 tsp Sunflower Seeds to each serving when you're ready to eat!
