Tuna steak with Pasta and Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 Carrot Grated1 Yellow Bell Pepper1 BeetrootHalf an Onion Red1 Spring onion1 Tomato on the vineSalanova Lettuce2 Cloves Garlic100 grams Wholewheat Pasta2 Small PotatoesButter UnsaltedExtra Virgin olive oilTuna Steak (about 6oz)
Directions
Grate carrot into bowl, chop red onion sliced, thin. Chop spring onion finely, yellow bell pepper fine sliced, tomato into cubes, shred the lettuce, finely cube the beetroot.
Cook Wholewheat pasta and potatoes
mix all together into bowl with pasta and potatoes, add tbsp of olive oil and mix
Heat tbsp of oil in frying pan
add 20g of butter
add finely chopped garlic and leave to brown
add tuna steaks, best cooked 1-2 mins either side (rare) 2-3 mins either side (medium)
