Chocolate Chip Pancakes (Dairy-free, Egg-free)

Ingredients
2 c whole wheat flour2T baking powder1/2 t salt2 T flaxseed3 oz warm water1/2 c applesauce1 1/2 c almondmilk4 T honey6 T chocolate chips (ghirardelli)
Directions
1. Combine flaxseed and water and let sit for 2 minutes.
2. Whisk all ingredients together, stir in chocolate chips.
3. Scoop onto hot griddle using spring-loaded ice cream scoop.
4 Cook until brown, flip, and cook until done.
