Monterey Chicken Soup

Ingredients
Olive oiloniongarlicgreen chiles, dicedchili powderoreganocuminchicken brothdiced canned tomatoescubed chicken breastblack beans (or corn)cilantrosalt and pepper
Directions
Heat oil in stock pot over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic. Saute until soft.
Add chiles and spices. Stir one minute.
Mix in broth and and tomatoes and their juice.
Bring mixture just to a boil.
Add chicken, beans (or corn), cilantro.
Simmer for 15 minutes
season with salt and pepper
