Creamy Spaguetti squash

Ingredients
Ingredients: Spaghetti Squash, 4 cup aprox (one complete squash) organic silken tofu, 12 oz Tomato Sauce, .25 cup kraft parmesan and romano cheeses, 5 tbsp sargento reduce fat 4 cheese Mexican, 0.75 cup
Directions
Cook squash on microwave for 1 min, Take out cut in half and take seeds out. Place the squash facing down on a microwave dish with a cup of water and Microwave for 12 minutes.

shredin with a fork and set a side.

blend all the ingredients left (easier in a food processor) and mix with squash. pour it in an oven safe dish and bake it cover for 45 min, letting it brown the last 10min or as desired.

You can reduce cooking time as long as spaguetti is heat up.

Serving Size: 4 BIG portions of 11oz ea. ( you can make smaller portions )
