Zucchini Stew

Ingredients
4 cups of sliced zucchini1 thin sliced medium onion4 strips of bacon cut into 1" peices1 large can of diced tomatos Garlic(fresh or powdered) to taste1 tbl OreganoSalt and pepper to tasteParmesean cheese
Directions
combine onion and bacon in medium size saucepan or dutch oven until soft cooked.
Drain
Add zucchini and Diced tomato and water to cover.
Add garlic, oregano, salt and pepper
Simmer until zucchini is soft and cooked through
