Shrimp & Corn Soup

Ingredients
1/2 c. Canola oil2 T Brown Rice flour2 T Sorguhm flour1 c. onions, chopped1 c. chopped green pepper1 1/2 c. chopped celery2 cans cream style corn (3.5 cups)2 cans whole kernel corn (3.5 cups)6 T tomato pastecayenne pepper (to taste)pepper (to taste)salt (to taste)3 bay leaveswater (to desired consistency)
Directions
Make brown roux with oil and flour.
Add chopped vegetables.
Cook until tender.
Add all other ingredients except shrimp.
Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer for 30 min.
Add shrimp & simmer additional 30 min.
