Bill's Crab Cakes

Ingredients
1 lb Lump Crab Meat1 Large Egg1 T Mayo1 Slice Whole Wheat Bread1 T Lemon Juice2 T Old Bay Seasoning, more if you like
Directions
Beat Egg, Mayo, Lemon Juice and Old bay together.
Crumble the bread into the mixture and mix to coat
Fold in the Crab gently not to break up the nice lumps
Using a 1/2 cup measure, make 5 cakes and place on a lightly greased baking pan
Broil on high for 10 minutes.

Serving Size: Make 5 1/2 cup cakes
