Ingredients
Flour, white, 1 cup *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 cupBaking Powder, 2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tspButter, salted, .5 cupEgg, fresh, 2 largeVanilla Extract, 1 tspYogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Melt butter or margarine in microwave and add. Add eggs, vanilla and yogurt and mix with wooden spoon. Use paper muffin cups or grease muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
