Simple Strawberry Banana Smoothies for 2

Ingredients
2 small bananas, broken into chunks1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries1 (8 ounce) container low-fat strawberry-banana yogurt3/4 cup nonfat milk
Directions
1. In a blender, combine bananas, frozen strawberries, yogurt and milk.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.

    i made up a smoothie once... it was similar except instead of bananas i peeled half an orange and used that with vanilla flavored yogurt strawberries 2 splenda packets and a dash of milk. Its great if you like oranges:) - 7/22/09

    This is a very good smoothie. I made this today. I used only one banana, added 2 packets of splenda and added 1/2 cup of ice. This was only about 150 calories when I added everything up. - 5/14/10
