Ingredients
1 cup cherry tomatoes tblsp of red onion5 fresh basil leavestbl sp. olive oiltbl sp. balsamic vinegar
Directions
cut tomatoes in half
add tomatoes, slivers of red onion and basil into a tupperware container
add oil and vinegar
close container with lid shake and serve

tip: I like to marinate the tomatoes for a couple hours so I'll put the container in the refrigerator over night with all the ingredients besides basil and then add the basil before I eat it. Lots of us love caprese salad but the mozarella is very fattening. make it without and you'll barely miss it.
