2 lbs ground beef2/3 cup of Heinz Reduced Suger Ketcup1 cup of Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese3/4 cup onion chopped3 tbl spoons of Bac-Os1 large egg
Mix ground beef, Ketcup, Egg, Parmesan Cheese, and Onion.
Form a loaf. Place in baking pan sprayed with cooking spray if you don't want it to stick.
Cook at 350 degrees until done (in Denver where I am this takes between 45 mins and 1hr)
Eat
