Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti6 slices turkey bacon (thinly sliced) 1 med onion (thinly sliced)1 T canola oil1/2 cup chicken broth1/4 cup butter2 egg yolks1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)fresh parsley
Directions
Cook pasta. Saute onions and bacon. Add chicken broth and butter. Slowly melt butter. Drain pasta. Remove bacon mixture from heat and add pasta. Stir and add to beaten egg yolks. (off heat to prevent yolks from scrambling). Add parmesan cheese and toss together.
