Warm Quinoa Breakfast

Ingredients
1 cup prepared quinoa1/2 cup milk, (I used 2%)1 teaspoon unsalted butter1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon cinnamon1/3 Cup Blueberries
Directions
Place prepared or leftover quinoa in a sauce pan. Add milk, butter, honey, cinnamon and blueberriess. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until the cereal thickens slightly. Drizzle of honey if you like. Makes one very hearty serving or two more modest ones.
