1 chicken breast boneless and skinless2 cups of frozen mixed veggies2oz fat free cream cheese2 reduced fat biquits
cut chicken breast into small bite size pieces, add to pan and cook until no more pink is left. Add cream cheese unitl lightly melted add about 1oz water to make more saucy. (i like to use clear individual small cassarole dishes so u can see the insides) add 1 cup of veggies to each cassarole dish. add chicken and sauce to dishes. get bisquits and a rolling pin. roll out bisquits until they will completely cover the tops of the cassarole dishes. bake in the oven until tops r golden brown.
